Does anyone use livechat on their website. How do you see the effect in your sales ?

Also which software would you recommend.

Ruben, I use live chat on couple of my websites. It does indeed help in driving sales{in most cases}. I use liveperson on all of them

Well I donno but i used instant live chat on of my pet foods site and my sales went down. I had to remove it as seems like it distracted my potential customers

What script did you use? Did the chat auto load after X seconds or user has to click a link/image to initiate a chat session.
